Job Description

This role will support Client Integrity Line (ethics hotline) case management. This position will be responsible for using the centralized database system, Convercent, to capture Integrity Line case data and manage specific cases. Approximately up to 40% percent of the time in the role will be dedicated to these responsibilities.

This role will also be the primary person responsible for inputting Post Investigation Remediation (PIR) case data into the Archer eGRC system called Aurora. This role will monitor the progress of remediation projects and report to Ethics and Compliance (E&C) leadership on project status. Approximately 40% percent of the time in the role will be dedicated to these responsibilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) 10%-Supporting and participating in individual PIR cross functional team meetings. The CA will be responsible for capturing meeting action items, significant meeting moments, and ensuring records of meetings are accurately recorded in a timely manner. These notes will be inputted into the centralized GRC tool.

 2) 20%-Inputting PIR case documents, data, and records into the centralized Post Investigation Remediation case management system. (PIR support)

 3) 10%-Monitoring individual PIR cases and providing project completion and timeline updates to C&E Leadership. (PIR support) Creating standardized and ad-hoc reports from the PIR database and providing these to C&E Leadership (PIR support)

 4) 35%-Project manage a portion of received reports through the Integrity Line and Client Compliance email and will include intake, gathering of additional case information, responding to reporting parties, monitoring open cases, and ensuring timely case resolution and closure.  5) 5%-Respond to inquiries reported directly to Compliance & Ethics, whether submitted to the Compliance organizational email or through other means and will conduct compliance related research and work on projects as may be assigned by the Director of Reporting & Remediation and other members of the Compliance management team.  6) 20%-Duties as Assigned within the larger Ethics and Compliance Team.
